As a young Latina growing up in rural Oregon, I was always creating skincare. Never seeing anyone like me in the beauty industry or in magazines I coveted, I believed that professional skincare wasn’t made for me. In the end, I resorted to raiding my mother’s kitchen on weekends and after-school to make hand-crafted concoctions. I would create all sorts of combinations, from crushed-up strawberries with avocado, milk, and honey to sugar scrubs with instant oatmeal. Nothing was off-limits!
While in high school, I suffered from horrible cystic acne. That’s when I stepped up my skincare efforts. I tried everything from harsh scrubs and peels to products that promised magical results. One particularly bad skin day, I just quit. I decided to start treating my skin as a friend, not as the enemy.
In all my research, I knew what my skin wanted. I got back to my roots with all-natural products. But this time, I decided to experiment with different herbs in the garden. And, little did I know, my skincare enterprise was born. After going to university and getting my degree, I found my heart was still leaning towards esthetics. I got my license in facial technology and was able to cut my teeth in some of the best day spas in Portland, eventually seeing my dream to fruition and opening my own shop.
Skincare Made for Everyone.
In the big spa environment, I witnessed women hopping from one skincare line to the next. I found the best way to actualize my dreams and give clients what they wanted was to provide a small, intimate practice with the finest products available.
I love my job! I get to really listen to clients and come up with a personalized skincare regime just for their unique skin type. After years of experimenting, I truly believe I have created the best, most luxurious healing skincare line on the market.
As a diverse and inclusive business, I am committed to making everyone feel seen and valued. I understand the unique skincare needs that different people have, and I strive to create products and services that cater to a wide range of skin types and concerns.
I hope you enjoy!
